AirSmart adopted a systems-led approach, embedding air delivery directly into the architectural elements of the space. The focus was on achieving complete system invisibility while maintaining performance and serviceability.

Applied low-velocity airflow to maintain comfort without drafts
Transitioned ducting from ceiling level to low-level distribution without bulkheads
Coordinated closely with the design team to align system integration with the retail environment
Solution
A customised AirSmart Indoor Environment System was implemented to deliver fully integrated environmental control.
Compact, high-capacity indoor unit located within a rear staff area, openly accessible for servicing
Supply ducting routed through the change room and transitioned to low-level distribution
Air delivered along the length of the store via a continuous shadowline between display joinery and bench detailing
No visible grilles, outlets or ceiling interventions within the retail space
Control interface fully concealed within the store environment
Return air integrated within non-public areas
The system is resolved entirely within the architecture - invisible to occupants, yet delivering consistent performance, even under peak summer conditions.
